The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Product Manager to grow our successful and rapidly growing Marketing Automation Suite for multi-family owners and operators. Rentable’s flagship Google Business Pro product is the industry’s only source of daily, 100% automated, AI content generation for multifamily marketers to manage and optimize Google Business Profiles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap to grow the customer base, drive incremental revenue, and retain customers 
  • Work with Product leadership to define and execute product requirements for new AI features and products
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver best-in-class products on time
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch 
  • Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact
  • Engage with customers to understand buyer and user needs, and diagnose customer pain points
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, experience in a high-growth B2B MarTech company or high-growth B2B SaaS startup is strongly preferred
  • Successfully applied AI strategies in past roles, leading to measurable business impact
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions
  • Analytical and data-driven approach identifying, defining, and prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented with project management experience 
  • Passion for innovation, innate curiosity, and building products that solve real customer problems
