This position is focused on bringing exceptional provider talent to AbleTo and building healthy pipelines of strong provider candidates, as we continue to grow our organization.

 

What You'll Do: 

 

  • Efficiently and successfully source and fill open positions through fully remote recruitment and interview process
  • Effectively translate the nature and the requirements of the role so that candidates are well informed of AbleTo and the position
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies  
  • Report on standard recruitment metrics and works to improve performance in areas of need
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Solves problem, thinks creatively and adapts to a dynamic market
  • Expertly instill confidence in internal client managers and potential candidates
  • Identify and address process improvement opportunities within the recruitment and onboarding workflow

Who You Are:

 

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting candidates for varied positions in an agency or corporate setting
  • Experience in the full life cycle of recruitment from candidate identification to successful on boarding
  • Experience recruiting within a healthcare environment 
  • Experience with recruiting for behavioral health positions is strongly preferred but not required
  • Experience conducting insight-gathering first interviews
  • Ability to identify, engage, and evaluate prospects using internet and phone sourcing techniques, social media and networking
  • Ability to build an active pipeline of quality candidates from your own creative sourcing efforts
  • Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency GSuite
