About the Role 

As a Product Designer at BEES, you will be part of the team responsible for the concept and creation of B2B solutions, focused on promotional and incentive features user experience, and the creation of interfaces that connect BEES with our 3 million customers across 25 countries (so far!).  
You will be working closely with fellow product designers, product management, engineering teams, and stakeholders to bring BEES products to life through delightful and effective product experiences. You should think empathetically from a user mindset, am inclined towards customer-centrism, work best collaboratively, and be rarely satisfied with the first iteration. This role sits within the product org and reports to the accelerators Global Product Design Manager. 

What you'll do:

  • Collaboration: Partnering with engineering and product management, and commercial stakeholders to help lead and execute the vision for BEES's digital customer experience. 
  • Partnership Work with other designers to facilitate, lead, challenge, and build consensus on UX solutions, while giving and soliciting feedback to improve quality. 
  • Design Process: Take partners and stakeholders through the discovery process, iterate ideas, and launch products and features whilst supporting and advocating for user empathy and the design process. 
  • Strategy: Own your squad’s product-design roadmap and other strategic artifacts, such as customer journey maps, user flows, and service blueprints. 
  • Execution: Oversee the user experience of products from conception through launch as well as additional ongoing iterations. 
  • Facilitation: Own group discovery sessions and discussions to help uncover opportunities and generate new ideas. 

What you'll need:

  • Relevant experience designing digital products with a proven track record of success, Bachelor’s degree. 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills (in English) 
  • Experience delivering end-to-end digital products within a cross-functional, iterative team environment that leverages quantitative and qualitative measurement 
  • Ability to define problems and goals, map user flows, and prototype interactions across different platforms 
  • Demonstrated ability to think at a high level about product strategy but also act tactically with speed and precision. 
  • Your experience across a range of design thinking approaches and methodologies allows your team to quickly discover the right answer to user problems. 
  • You can proactively identify problems worth solving, and you help the team stay focused on the right problem throughout the product-design process to improve the product. 
  • Ability to manage and contribute to multiple projects concurrently without missing a beat. 
  • It's a plus experience working with global marketplaces, proficiency in designing and implementing promotional incentives, and practical knowledge of loyalty programs and their role in enhancing customer retention and engagement.
