What you'll do:
Skills Needs Assessment:
- Support assessments conducting to identify the learning and development needs of employees and the organization. This involves analyzing performance gaps, support on assessments, and gathering feedback.
Training Program Design and Development:

- Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to support design and develop effective training programs and materials. This includes creating presentations, guides, support materials and learning paths.
Training Delivery:
- Collaborating on training sessions, workshops, or webinars to deliver learning programs to employees. This involves presenting information, leading discussions, and guiding participants through activities to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Learning Evaluation:

- Assessing the effectiveness of development programs through various evaluation methods, such as surveys, assessments, and feedback analysis. This helps measure the impact of the development programs on employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

- Managing the learning management system, including course catalog maintenance, user management, and tracking employee training progress. This involves ensuring the LMS is up-to-date, user-friendly, and supports learning and development initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collecting and analyzing data related to learning and development initiatives, such as training completion rates, participant feedback, and learning outcomes partnering with our Talent Insights teams to design the best visibility and data analyses to support decision-making.

- Business Relationship Building:
- Build a strong business relationship with the leadership to actively support performance gaps through people solutions.
- Proactive Customer Support:
- Proactively identify and support internal customer needs.

What you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Advanced Power Point, Excel and presentations Skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- English (oral and written) is mandatory as most of our stakeholders are non-Portuguese speaker
