What you'll do:

The Learning & Development Analyst will support the execution of L&D initiatives as part of Growth Group Learning and Development team. Primary responsibilities will include the management of leadership trainings, language program and their respective cohorts and other learning initiatives as well as maintaining department monthly reports and communications to stakeholders and learners. 

  • Acts as a primary point of contact for all cohort participants for our trainings 
  • Creates and maintains program documents, resources and templates 
  • Deploys standardized communication plans for cohort and stakeholder communications 
  • Updates and executes upon program Checklist on-time or adjusts appropriately based on business need  
  • Supports implementation and sustainment Learning initiatives  
  • Lead L&D Feedback Surveys and consolidate final NPS 
  • Updates and maintain our L&D KPIs monthly reporting the status to the Key stakeholders 

What you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in similar positions 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. 
  • Advanced Power Point, Excel and presentations Skills 
  • English (oral and written) is mandatory as most of our stakeholders are non-portuguese speaker
