What you'll do:
- Coordinate large cross-functional projects and initiatives, managing end-to-end from inception through to delivery
- In partnership with product teams, create delivery plans, and schedules based on user requirements, technical challenges, lead-times and business needs, always with a focus on the user and aligned with the product vision
- Work with teams to set milestones, communicate program status, and identify and/or address potential risks and dependencies
- Strong collaboration with Portfolio Management in Capacity Management, Prioritization and Strategic Visibility
- Collaborate with other relevant departments, including Marketing, CX, Ops to achieve program goals
- Communicate with excellence, being able to structure and present reports for stakeholders with different seniority levels
- Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time delivery
- Project manage cross-functional initiatives working with engineering teams to estimate efforts, define landmarks, and drive schedules
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to upper management and program partners. Engage and energize the product teams to achieve aggressive goals.
- Track issues and proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities. Get results proactively.
- Develop a system for regular performance metrics checks and then report your findings to upper management and other stakeholders.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of program management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence and motivate people (with both technical and non-technical individuals) across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships
- Experience working with Portfolio Management, implementing concepts and best practices
- Experience in solving problems, both structured and ambiguous, at scale with strong attention to detail in fast-changing business environments
- Be familiar and well versed with OKRs
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive customer and product-focused decisions
- Self-motivated with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving and driving action
- Ability to plan and execute in an organized manner
