About the job
We are excited to help new global partners unlock our platform’s full potential by digitizing their sales process and leveraging their existing route to market. To do this, we are expanding the BEES team in APAC, setting up an Implementation hub in Hong Kong to work on-the-ground with our partners on a daily basis.
Reporting into the APAC BEES Hub Lead, the Global Manager of Product & Engineering will oversee pre-sales business analysis and post go live customer success across product and engineering, and AI/ML, Algo Selling and BDR Tasking for BEES APAC Partners.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for leading end-to-end feature/technology deployments for all countries in Zone
- Serve as the owner for all tech business transformation pillars; including logistics, tech, and BEES Care
- Establish process for backlog management process on behalf of Partner for all countries in Zone
- Partner with Implementation Leads to shape the tech & product needs of partners and translate new functionalities/required workstreams to BEES tech teams for execution
- Run the product testing and iteration process with partners on a regular basis, including KPI measurements and demand-planning
- Partner with Tech leads at Partner companies to drive product updates and improvements in line with strategic priorities. This includes building detailed, clear communication plans for various client teams and BEES users.
- Hold accountability for BEES Product stability/reliability/usability, with prioritization of features specific to Partner within Zone
What you'll need:
- 7+ years of product management experience within a relevant industry
- An exceptional client-partnership mindset, with the ability to manage external VP+ relationships within matrixed organizations
- Experience working within a global scope; driving market-specific solutions
