About the Role

Anheuser-Busch Inbev is looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join our Commercial (Sales + Marketing) team and lead our Global transformation in Integrated Planning with an emphasis on building the total consumer journey across Paid, Owned and Earned. This individual should have 10+ years in media planning/buying, analytics or audience insights with particular emphasis in media planning that includes audience segmentation and audience buying across traditional and digital media.

This individual will need to lead and eventually expand the current end-to-end media planning principles, processes, evolve our channel planning and cross channel reach analytics. Overall mission is to enable, using data and analytics, our sales and marketing teams to target and sell more efficiently, generating incremental profit.

Role will have exposure to senior and executive level leadership and will be based in our New York City office. 

Work Location: New York, NY

Salary: $189,000-$230,000
(Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus, equity and benefits.)

Responsibilities:

  • Data-driven media planning:
    • Establish Data-Driven planning principles across Paid, Owned, Earned Properties including top of funnel equity advertising and bottom of the funnel DTC advertising.
    • Build the Audience profiles for both strategic planning and broad buying for our key brands across the world, emphasis on our biggest Premium and beyond beer category brands.
    • Build our cross-channel reach planning standard per market as well as competitive planning capability
    • Build tracking mechanisms for total planning principles and audience reach analysis and recommendations
  • Media Audience partnerships:
    • Build the vision and roadmap for our core panel and targeting partners are per market including partners for eRetail, owned platforms, 3rd party datasets.
    • Setup tests to determine the right type of data to use in our targeting strategies for eComm and
  • Audience integration and planning with DTC platforms and Sales Tech
    • As we rebuild our full funnel planning to include all layers of our funnel from equity campaigns to driving sales on our owned platforms we want to make sure that we consider the consumers touchpoints across everything and that we have a clear comms strategy for all parts of the funnel.
  • Executing on priority analytics use cases using combination of internal team and/or specialized external vendors, when needed
