Global Manager for Explore & Pilots

• • Play a key role in defining and managing the new tech innovation strategy for the breweries and verticals at AB InBev
  • Manage the pipeline for the Brewery of the Future program
  • Navigate and build internal & external partnerships in collaboration with a cross-functional team of experts to design strategies for the business
  • Help identify, prioritize, and execute on time in full the highest value-add tech exploration projects
  • Scout for new tech suppliers and open innovation opportunities at tech fairs and through partner introductions
  • Manage and govern all new tech projects through one big transparent, collaborative portfolio
• • You have a university degree and/or a complementary advanced level degree in a relevant field
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in industry and/or other innovation environments
  • You have passion for delivering high-impact tech projects at a global level
  • You have experience in managing ideation to launch of tech products or services.
  • You have experience with/knowledge of industrial innovation, business intelligence, Agile mindset.
  • You are an owner. You take results personally, act with accountability and transparency and a bias for action
  • You communicate and engage across your stakeholders delivering impactful messages, inspiring teams and influencing outcomes
  • You are great at building cross-functional relationships and credibility with business leaders, your teams, external stakeholders, and peers
  • You have the ability to rapidly absorb and interpret technical information
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional agility
  • You speak English fluently
