Global HR Officer Supply

Location: GITEC Headquarters – Leuven, Belgium


Purpose of the job

Will you be our new Global HR Officer for Supply Chain? We are looking for you to support our Global People Team, with a focus on Belgium and Switzerland.   You will lead different processes in the employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding, benefits and different administrative tasks guaranteeing a positive employee experience. You will also be in contact with multiple internal and external stakeholders to make sure that documentation, presentations, and communications are delivered on time and with quality. Role Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Global HR Business Partner Supply and team in different administrative tasks.
  • HR life cycle from beginning-to-end: support with administrative tasks to guarantee newcomers have a great on-boarding, support with parental leave, sick leave, promotions, change of jobs and off-boarding of leavers.
  • Assist in drafting contracts, government documents, policies, templates, organigrams, and other documents that need to be updated.
  • Create communications and presentations for HR-related topics. Initiative and creativity are more than welcome in this process!
  • Lead the payroll process for Switzerland
  • Create and do the follow-up of HR related PO’s and invoices.
  • Be the point of contact for employees and provide answers to daily questions and requests.


Skills and Experiences

  • Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree related to Human Resources subject (specific Master's degree in HR will be considered as a plus).
  • Ideally min. 2 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Knowledge of Belgian labor law.
  • Strong administrative skills, eye on details, discrete and precise with data.
  • Fluent in Dutch, German, and English.
  • Advance Office skills, being familiar with HR platforms (e.g., Workday, etc.) is a plus
  • Dream big and never satisfied attitude.
  • Good analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel are always an advantage.
  • Relationship builder - strong interpersonal and communication skills: building relationships, ability to listen, and communicate clearly.
  • Able to manage confidential information with proper discretion.
