Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like

  • You build structured training programs based on industry best-practices; work both independently and collaboratively to design and deliver engaging solutions
  • You develop robust training materials, procedures and tools to ensure production standards are met and maximized for Customer Operations including, but not limited to, high level product/service training and detailed technical training
  • You participate in strategy sessions related to product releases, training materials, and desired training outcomes
  • You train customers in 1:1 and group settings via webinar or onsite, as needed
  • You develop testing mechanisms to measure effectiveness of training programs
