Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like
- You sell ABILITY SaaS products and services directly to the healthcare industry, specifically the administrative personnel that require access to the various Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial payer applications to perform their job function
- You consistently attain and exceed monthly sales quotas
- You use CustomerCentric™ sales techniques, process, and pipeline milestones to manage sales process with prospects and customers
- You initiate outbound prospecting, qualifying, and contact verification for ABILITY services utilizing the CustomerCentric™ sales techniques
- You work in a team environment driving, all prospecting, qualification, sales activities and sales targets in a defined geography or territory
- You utilize issue-based prospecting and sales techniques to uncover customer/prospect needs and correspondingly the value of the business problem we are attempting to solve
- You use the CRM Salesforce Automation tools for contact management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management, forecasting and sales reporting
- You complete other duties as requested and/or determined
- You maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement
- You adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position
- You fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company
- You uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function
This job is for you if
- You have a bachelor’s degree
- You have a minimum of 3 years of successful tele-sales experience selling technology products or services, calling on business influencers and meeting monthly performance objectives
- You have minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- You are experienced working in a fast paced, matrix sales environment with close attention to detail
- You are experienced making 30 outbound phone calls per day
- You are experienced working with sales force automation and contact management systems
- You are comfortable with sedentary work
- You can exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or negligible amount of force
- You can frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- You are comfortable with inside environmental conditions
- You can travel for this position
