Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like
- You assist customers with accounts receivable activity inquiries
- You manage inbound call queues and emailed support cases
- You enroll customers in automatic payment portal processing and one-time payments
- You review sales order forms, billing and payment history, and internal support cases
- You update customer demographic changes and invoice delivery methods
- You deliver ACH enrollment and W-9 forms per customer request
- You troubleshoot issues, escalate where needed, and follow up promptly to ensure client expectations are exceeded
- You advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
- You maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement
- You adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position
- You fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer
This job is for you if
- You have an associate degree in accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent
- You have spent at least 2 year in customer service and 1 year in a call center
- People say you are proficient in Microsoft Office, Great Plains, and Salesforce
- You, preferably, have accounts receivable and collections experience
- You are comfortable with sedentary work
- You can exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or negligible amount of force
- You can frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- You are comfortable with inside environmental conditions
- You can travel for this position
