The Senior Product Management Analyst supports the development of product strategy and roadmap, market and product requirements, and design thinking for Inovalon’s Data Visualization and Reporting platform, INDICES. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with Product Design and Product Marketing to perform design and market research, market discovery, product positioning, competitive analysis, internal training, and product launch activities for INDICES.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research activities to discover and validate requirements by conducting client and potential client interviews
  • Support product management and marketing to perform win-loss analysis
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver positioning documents, marketing plan, and other go-to-market related activities
  • Continuously perform competitive analysis and maintain expert-level knowledge of competitive landscape for the product
  • Assist leadership in the development of product strategy and roadmap
  • Assist leadership in the development and ongoing refinement of the product pricing, contracting, and licensing
  • Perform and coordinate internal product training for sales, client services, and solution engineer teams
  • Coordinate with technology and other groups to create timely release notes and other client-facing communication and collaterals related to product releases
  • As a product expert, assist Sales, Solution Engineers, and RFP teams with product questions
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of Employer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing or product management
  • Strong communication skills including verbal and written
  • Organized with high attention to detail
  • High familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter/motivated
  • Ability to drive results
  • Value-Based Care and Population Health Management experience preferred
