This Business Process Improvement Manager 

Job description:

  • Be a subject Matter Expert Profitability and Performance Management 

  • Be able to guide team to transform business requirements into process and operation design in order to improve corporate profitability and performance

  • Introduce knowledge in business, finance, accounting, strategy and analytical skills to support team tasks execution including, but not limited to: business plan assessments; business strategy, revenue growth and margin enhancement; SG&A management; operational process optimization; cost planning and allocation; inventory management; store labor planning and analysis; etc.

  • Coach team to examine past performance data, evaluate business practices, and propose for potential solutions

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field
  • A Master's degree, MBA is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of basic corporate financial and operational processes, including budgeting, planning, and forecasting

  • Have general knowledge of data analytic technologies

  • Have consulting project experiences in designing and implementing Profitability and Performance Management

  • Have expertise in specific industry such as banking and finance, automotive, or retail industry
