Position Overview:

The New Partner Engagement Specialist provide broad support for newly hired Process Servers with ABC Legal. This role will ensure a new partner feels welcomed and engaged with ABC Legal’s process, systems and the work itself. Through high touch contact and strategic communication, the New Partner Engagement Specialist will act as a bridge between the recruiting team and the support team to set up each new Process Server for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the recruiting team to track and connect with newly hired process servers
  • Provide support and training to new process servers through the first month of their service
  • Create a positive and engaging new hire experience for all newly onboarded process servers:
    • Call all newly onboarded process servers within a week of hire date; Follow up with an email to introduce yourself as their primary contact for their first month
    • Field all questions from new process servers and resolve as quickly as possible
    • Ensure all new process servers understand how to claim jobs and that they are claiming work if available. Set expectation for coming work in new markets and low volume areas
  • Set clear expectations for ongoing support with the Partner Support Team after 1 month
  • Review the “Inactive Server” report daily, reach out to inactive servers to identify and resolve the reasons they are not claiming or completing jobs
  • Support the recruiting team as needed to resolve issues with missing or incomplete paperwork or other onboarding items; Recruiter will take the lead in these circumstances
  • Identify and reach out to new and existing process servers who are active in areas of high need, but are not claiming work; Resolve issues with these servers and assign work as appropriate
  • Identify process servers who are missing a vendor account and resolve pay issues with the Finance Department
  • Partner with the training team to plan and present the weekly Process Server Orientation webinar as well as other new server training resources as needed
  • Track and communicate all blockers to HR leadership team


  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; Engagement or onboarding experience preferred
  • Ability to be flexible, working independently as well as with a team
  • Desire to develop new systems and processes to meet goals
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of personalities and effectively resolve questions and issues
  • Maintains sense of urgency achieve established metrics
