Immediate start @ A24 in Los Angeles

This position will start as temporary with the potential to move to full-time for the right candidate.

Initial Responsibilities

  • Day-To-Day Operations
    • Create, maintain and update monthly partner avails
    • Manage the home entertainment release and due dates calendars
    • Oversee operations deadlines
    • Liaise internally with delivery and PR regarding home entertainment releases
    • Create and submit for sales and promotions
    • Maintain and update home entertainment links on the A24 website
  • Data collection and analysis
    • Track stunts/promotions submissions and acceptances
    • Survey pricing across platforms
  • Prepare presentations
    • Maintain monthly upcoming slates for presentations
    • Maintain historical slate documents
  • Track merchandising
    • Identify and track merchandising
    • Assist in release day title tracking
    • Assist in placement tracking
  • Home entertainment creative support
    • Coordinate home entertainment creative process
    • Manage creative material delivery
  • Support the digital distribution team with administrative tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate

  • 1-2 years of professional work experience 
  • Dynamic, self-starter, team player, personable, organized, detail-oriented
  • Strong undergraduate degree
  • Humble, diligent, hard-working
