About the Opportunity

OKX is seeking an Executive Communications Manager to join its Strategic Communications team. This role will support communications and social media strategy for the group CEO (80% social media, 20% internal and external communications). The right candidate will possess experience managing executives' social profiles, developing engaging content, and using data insights to inform content/channel strategy.

The successful candidate will be a creative, enthusiastic storyteller with excellent writing skills. They will be organized and motivated to invent, evolve, and activate complex content strategies across key channels. They will obsess over insights to understand performance and revise activities based on learnings.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to shape announcements, news, and priorities for the CEO's social media profiles
  • Develop and deliver high-quality speeches and presentations for the CEO
  • Write and edit internal communications materials, such as employee newsletters, intranet content, and town hall presentations
  • Be a subject matter expert on all things social, inclusive of social listening, and data insights

What We Look For In You

  • 3+ years of combined social media, internal, and/or corporate communications experience
  • Expertise (either through work experience or as a passionate consumer) in the blockchain/Web3 industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging speeches and presentations
  • Proficient in all platform features within X (Twitter) and LinkedIn
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Haves

  • Understanding of blockchain/Web3 products, trends, and key influencers
  • History of building social listening strategies and managing third-party services
  • Experience with internal communications tools and platforms
