We're seeking an AP/AR Analyst to join our Finance team. The AP/AR Analyst will report directly to the AP/AR Manager. 

What You’ll Do:

Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Credit Control activities, including the pursuit of outstanding invoices via telephone and email
  • Issuing and adjustment of AR invoices
  • Accurate AR account allocations
  • Timely issuing of statements
  • Preparation and maintenance of Aged Debtors reports, with detailed notes on overdue invoices
  • Conducting client credit checks
  • Efficient processing of Zendesk tickets for AR within agreed SLA’s
  • Fulfillment of ad hoc duties as needed

 Accounts Payable (AP):

  • Oversight of the purchasing system Docuphase
  • Management of the specialized food ordering system ProcureWizard
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Preparation of BACS payment runs
  • Monitoring of Agents’ Commission invoices
  • Timely processing of Zendesk tickets for AP within agreed SLA’s
  • Collaborating with suppliers and colleagues to resolve queries, disputes, or outstanding invoices
  • Compliance with Payment Practice Reporting
  • Fulfillment of ad hoc duties as needed

What We Look For: 

  • Minimum of 5 years finance experience 
  • Strong understanding of billing procedures, credit policies, and collections processes.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, including addressing billing inquiries and resolving payment disputes.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including communicating payment inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
