Your Role & Impact

The people team at 98point6 is looking for an experienced organizational development professional to lead the creation of our organizational development program. You will design, develop and implement programs with an emphasis on building capabilities in senior leadership and management across the company. You take an analytical approach to understanding organizational development needs and will help put the foundation in place for 98point6 to grow our leaders and managers as the company scales in the coming years

Responsibilities

  • Interact with our most tenured leaders, while partnering with other People team members,  to establish leadership and organizational capabilities across the company
  • Drive a number of people and culture projects critical to the build-out of core, common and consistent leadership development architecture at 98point6
  • Manage and help continuously improve the annual performance and succession management processes; optimize to develop increased capabilities and higher performance culture
  • Work with the People team, as well as across functions, to drive complex projects
  • Conduct needs analyses to uncover organizational needs and translate findings of needs analyses into learning experiences
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and needs analysis; selecting the most relevant and impactful content that maps to our Core Values and business needs
  • Ensure the pervasiveness of the culture while the organization expands rapidly in distributed locations

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in I/O psych, organization development/design, instructional design and development and/or program management.
  • Strong theoretical domain expertise in management/leadership development, culture and organizational development are a must
  • Substantial experience in a variety of organizations, and an operational understanding of how to systematically build organizational capability while maintaining core values driven culture
  • Deep project management and program ownership, including driving measurable results from inception through completion showing an iterative improvement cycle
  • Strong understanding and previous experience utilizing the principles of organization design
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, motivate cross-functional teams and self-start
  • Experience measuring program impact against pre-defined success metrics
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
