Your Role and Impact
As the technical leader on the Continuity Care product team, you will play a pivotal role in redefining primary care for patients across the country by developing creative, highly scalable solutions to address our most complex challenges. You will work cross-functionally to evolve the scope of our care, driving the design and delivery of innovative platform capabilities, strategic partner integrations and other key roadmap initiatives.
Partner with product, engineering, design and commercial teams to deliver high-profile projects that address immediate needs and can scale to solve future problems
Drive technical requirements, design and delivery planning, working across engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure successful launch of critical platform initiatives
Draw on your experience with both software development and program management to hold a high standard of excellence for the products being delivered
Lead transparent, swift decision-making across product and engineering, helping the teams prioritize and move quickly to ship products that add the most value for our patients and business
4+ years as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent experience, with consumer-facing experience highly preferred
2+ years experience as a software developer, or equivalent experience to demonstrate technical design expertise and understanding of the developer experience
Experience working with native apps highly preferred
Experience with AWS highly preferred
Experience working in a SaaS environment highly preferred
Possess strong problem solving skills and creativity to add value and diversity of thought to our team
