Senior Level Designer

8-Bit Bandits are looking for a Senior Level Designer to help develop an exciting new 3D Multiplayer mobile game in our Stockholm studio.

As a Senior Level Designer, you will work closely with the Game Design, Art and Product Teams to create a fun, engaging and rewarding experience for our players.

The right person for this position is curious by nature, loves problem-solving, is a team player with great communication skills, and a self-starter.

What you’ll do:

Create compelling moment to moment game experiences and levels from concept to finished design.
Design new multiplayer game modes.
Work closely with Game Design and Environment Art team to design and implement new game content for long term player progression, retention and engagement.
Responsible for ensuring balance and consistency of levels with product and creative leads.
Proven ability to communicate and deliver ideas and missions in a clear and concise manner.

8-Bit Bandits is a creative studio, based in Stockholm, Sweden with employees from all over the world. The bandits are currently making a new multiplayer couch co-op experience on mobile . At 8-Bit Bandits we create games together for players to play together.
