The Senior Media Campaign Manager manages the end-to-end process and organization for the development of media campaigns. This role will play a critical role in managing all executional aspects of media campaigns including campaign setup, managing the creative review process, ad trafficking, optimizing as necessary, and tracking overall campaign performance/measurement. Media Campaign Managers will engage with advertisers and their respective agencies to ensure professional and accurate execution of media investment dollars.The ideal candidate continually grows media campaign experience through mastering more complex processes, while independently owning and delivering assigned campaigns and has the ability to ideate and collaborate across teams, both internally and externally.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the central point of contact with the client and sales coordinating and driving execution of digital adcampaigns to ensure accurate campaign delivery
  • Coordinate and drive the execution of targeted 1:1 customer communication campaigns, mitigating issues/risks
  • Develop, grow and maintain relationships with internal and external teams through exceptional client service
  • Confirm campaign intake details and ensure campaigns are setup and kicked off. This includes managing insertion orders, issuing project briefs, answering client questions and ensuring all other campaign documentation is in order for campaign launch. 
  • Manage end-to-end creative process with internal & external clients which includes QA’ing client creative against specifications and guidelines, managing creative feedback until final approval, and delivering all final assets to relevant partners for campaign execution.
  • Traffic campaign assets to coordinating media teams for proper implementations and execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations while working closely with sales and media buyers to ensure continuous and accurate execution.
  • Partner with data science and sales teams on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation for delivery to clients
  • Proactively identify ways to streamline the campaign workflow and identify more efficient ways to work or opportunities for automation
  • Develop, grow and maintain relationships with internal and external teams through exceptional client service
  • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns
  • Attend client meetings, as needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of required tools and systems to deliver creative solutions & drive customer value
  • Proactively identify ways to streamline the campaign workflow and identify more efficient ways to work or opportunities for automation

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of digital media/ad ops experience
  • Digital Marketing experience, required
  • Experience in DSPs, ad servers, project management and order management tools preferred
  • Experience with writing project and creative briefs, preferred
  • Project management experience
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving
  • Strong communication, organization, prioritization and attention to detail
