As the Senior Brand Designer at 7shifts, your role will be crucial in visually communicating our story and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints. You will bridge the gap between marketing and product, engaging with customers and prospects through visual elements to elevate our brand presence. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Design, you'll spearhead cross-functional collaboration to cater to the diverse design requirements of our internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do:
- Concept, iterate, prototype, and test to deliver strategic, elegant and simple design solutions for websites, brand campaigns, events, and more
- Anchor design work in brand identity to maintain consistency, leveraging insights to inspire innovation
- Influence the team with unique and innovative design solutions, inspiring them to push their thinking and skill levels to new heights
- Foster collaboration across teams and proactively communicate with stakeholders for project success. Prioritize user needs and project goals strategically to drive impactful outcomes
- Invite a wide range of perspectives from project stakeholders, and help strengthen collaboration on the design team through role modeling
- Emphasize user-centric design to create compelling external projects
What you bring:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or agency creative/design roles
- Proficient in brand and web design, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Expertise in the design process from concept to launch, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Broad knowledge of design trends, adept with tools like Figma and Adobe CS, and a strong understanding of web UI/UX best practices
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and leaders, fostering learning and growth
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills, with a passion for understanding customers and market evolution

- Experience designing through a company rebrand
- Experience with Framer (landing page building tool)
- Experience with tools like Asana and Marketo
