We are seeking an Associate Operations Specialist to join our Campaign Operations team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of digital advertising, social advertising, and email campaigns within the Adtech industry. Hands-on experience in campaign management, campaign optimization, programmatic advertising, campaign troubleshooting, and working with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) such as Xandr (AppNexus), Beeswax, Centro, and The Trade Desk and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Constant Contact etc,) is required. Knowledge of HTML5, digital ad revenue operations, and advanced Excel skills will be an added advantage.

Skills sets:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Digital Advertising with a strong operational knowledge of DSP platforms. 
  • Experience in creating and executing digital social media and email marketing campaigns using optimization tactics and strategies. 
  • Experience in building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using CRMs like Salesforce, Eloqua, etc. 
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition for demand generation campaigns. 
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is an added advantage but not required. 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize and enhance engagement rates. 
  • Ensure the accuracy and hygiene of the email database, maintaining opt-in practices and complying with data protection regulations. 
  • Maintain the hygiene and accuracy of email lists, adhering to regulatory guidelines. Additionally, email marketers should use innovative strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. 
  • Monitor and evaluate email campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
  • Expertise in Excel to manipulate data, perform complex calculations and visualize data trends effectively.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Address technical support queries related to advertising campaigns and creatives from the internal team.
  • Respond to Salesforce tickets, Slack messages and emails to help our go-to-market teams with client requests.
  • Review customer campaigns and propose effective strategies for campaign optimization. 
  • Identify and resolve campaign problems, offering optimization suggestions as needed. 
  • Monitor campaign delivery and collaborate with the DSP to resolve any issues. 
  • Troubleshoot Creative Audit Failures with the DSP and coordinate with our Customer Success (CS) team at 6sense. 
  • Track active campaigns and workflows that haven't served any impressions or sent any emails in the last 24 hours and take corrective actions. 
  • Proactively engage with the Customer Success Manager’s (CSMs) and sellers to address go-to-market challenges, then collaborate with the product team to feature requests. 
  • Interface with the sales team to assess sales enablement needs and collaborate with the product team to implement solutions. 
  • Communicate and educate the sales team about new and planned activities, including new features and product solutions. 
  • Develop and provide training materials for the sales/CS teams. 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness through improved audience management, segmentation, and campaign strategies. 
  • Assist CSM teams in ensuring successful client onboarding and address customer queries regarding platform functionality, ad setup, and specifications. 
  • Assist in creating training documentation as needed. 
  • Receive and clarify ad creative requirements from the operations team and manage independent projects to meet deadlines. 
  • Create and test ad creatives according to specified requirements. 
  • Address technical support queries related to advertising campaigns and creatives from the internal team.

What we’re looking for:

  • BE/BTech/BS or equivalent technical degree in Computer Science or a related technical or analytical field. 
  • Proven experience working on digital advertising and email campaigns and creatives. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of campaign optimization strategies. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of performance marketing. 
  • Excellent written communication skills, both via email and messaging platforms. 
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
