Purpose of the Job 

As a Senior Product Designer at 6sense, you’ll lead design initiatives that shape the future of B2B marketing through AI-powered design. As a Senior Product Designer, you will drive the entire solution-design lifecycle, collaborating with a passionate team of Product Managers, UX Researchers, UX Writers, and other Product Designers to create innovative and impactful user experiences.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

  • Leads the creation of comprehensive, long-term UX strategies for complex business domains, ensuring alignment across the organization and delivering execution excellence. 
  • Builds wireframes (low- and high-fidelity) and clickthrough prototypes in Figma to clearly communicate workflows.  
  • Leads both evaluative and generative research efforts in collaboration with UX Researchers, using insights to drive innovative design solutions. 
  • Facilitates cross-functional activities that accelerate the design process through collaborative ideation, rapid prototyping, and effective problem-solving. 
  • Effectively negotiates technical feasibility to balance ideal-state UX with resource availability and timelines. 
  • Translates broad UX visions into actionable, iterative deliverables that come together into a cohesive user experience, mentoring other designers in the process. 
  • Articulates clear and strong rationale for design recommendations to educate the cross-functional team and positively influence overall product strategy. 
  • Consistently advocates for validated UX problems to be included in the product roadmap. 
  • Reviews other designers' work to provide clear and actionable feedback that considers established patterns and existing product workflows.

Educational and Experience Requirements :

  • Extensive experience leading design initiatives for complex B2B products.  
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically leverage user research, partnering with UX Researchers to turn insights into actionable design improvements. 
  • Deep understanding of usability, UI design, and how to use an enterprise design system. 
  • Evidence of how you use data and storytelling to influence product decisions.
