Sr. People Operations Generalist 

The Role: 

You will join our growing People Operations team and help execute on our HR strategy and be hands on with day-2-day administrative tasks.  You must be able to handle sensitive employee information with high confidentiality, be deadline driven, organized, detail oriented, have great written and oral communication skills, with project management experience, and most importantly personable and approachable. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Own, manage and respond to all HR Jira tickets which include inbound employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies and other employee related inquiries 
  • Manage new hire onboarding process, including but not limited to processing and monitoring background checks, tracking new hires, employee set up in HRIS, organizing and scheduling, ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons and conducting new hire orientations  
  • Respond to Verification of employment inquiries 
  • Manage employee related changes in ADP 
  • Benefits administration including coordinating open enrollment 
  • Partner with Payroll Manager on various payroll & benefits related compliance projects 
  • Manage Leave of Absence process 
  • Collaborate on a variety of HR projects with People Operations Team 

Sr. Human Resources Generalist Requirements and Qualifications 

  • 2-4 years Sr. People Operations Generalist 
  • Benefits Administration including leave of absence and benefits open enrollment 
  • Understanding of basic payroll principles 
  • HR Project Management Experience 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects 
  • Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures 
  • Understanding of employment law 
  • Excellent Collaborator 
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Willingness to take initiative 
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
