Overview of Role

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to fuel our innovative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Source like a pro: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (social media, professional networks, online communities, LinkedIn Recruiter and GenAI Sourcing tools) to identify and connect with exceptional candidates who align with our requirements.
  • Build winning pipelines: Develop targeted sourcing strategies for open positions, proactively cultivating relationships with passive candidates and building a robust talent pool for future needs.
  • Be a candidate champion: Provide a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to interview scheduling and follow-up for individual and scalable program hiring. 
  • Coordinate and schedule: Seamlessly manage interview schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers
  • Collaborate and excel: Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific talent needs, provide data-driven insights, and contribute to the success of the overall recruitment strategy.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of sourcing high-quality candidates in technology consulting, professional services or recruiting firm environment .
  • Experience using various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, social media recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, stakeholders and team members.
  • A collaborative spirit and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • A passion for the tech industry and a genuine interest leveraging AI to be an efficient recruiter.
  • Willingness to follow a hybrid working structure in our Bengaluru office 2-3 days per week. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
