Summary

We’re on the search for a strategic problem-solver who excels at documenting product feature ideas and passionately leads a cross-functional Agile – Scrum team that brings them into digital life. This person must be a self-motivated leader with experience planning, implementing, and maintaining Enterprise-level business tools and applications. Experience defining and implementing Cyber Security, Network, Server, Azure, Cloud Migration, InTune. Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions end user migrations. Knowledge of ITIL best practices. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Owns the project from planning and managing, to final implementation and transition to support, while interfacing with both the business and IT stakeholders.
  • Comprehends and upholds the skills and work for every role within an Agile cross-functional team. This includes Product Owner, Developers and/or Engineers and Quality Assurance.
  • Excels at identifying and documenting feature requests into back log and acceptance criteria.
  • Possess knowledge + understanding to bridge the gap between the need + the solution. Liaise with IT Directors and Team Managers where technical input is needed.
  • Has the ability to strategically plan, influence, and manage a DevOps release cycle.
  • Facilitates Agile - Scrum meetings: daily stand ups, sprints review/planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, release road mapping.
  • Stay hands-on at every step of the production process for multiple concurrent projects, all of which will be at different stages of production.
  • Set up and coordinate meetings along with assigning action items.
  • Document (electronic) filing and organization.
  • Lead, Manage, and hold people Accountable.
  • Advocate for project scope + manage the details of the scope w/internal team + holding them accountable.
  • Create release forecasts and track with clients and internal departments.
  • Manage project estimates/hours and approved scope changes.
  • Review/test project work done by resources before passing it on to client/AM for review.
  • Manage task ticket creation and upkeep.
  • Manage and mitigate day-to-day problems, understand when (and why) to escalate issues, and ensure strong and effective communications in difficult and time-sensitive situations.
  • Clear capabilities to handle the roles, responsibilities, and challenges presented in this role.
  • A high aptitude for learning, passion for your work, ability to follow instructions, and the confidence to ask the questions needed to grow.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Agile project or product coordination.
  • 2+ years of experience with managing internal and external partners.
  • Experience working on Enterprise business tools.
  • Experience managing IT Infrastructure, Network, Server, Desktop and End User Tools project.
  • Experience with an Agile/Scrum work lifecycle and roles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with or managing developers, infrastructure engineers (network, server, cyber security).
  • Experience with Project management software (JIRA, Monday, ADO).
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps to develop dashboard reporting.
  • Experience with MS and other Tools to enable professional communications.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security, Network, Server, Azure, Cloud Migration, InTune.
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions end user migrations.
