Our Account Lead, Programmatic is responsible for leading successful Programmatic campaigns through media buying sophistication and operational excellence. This position is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers and Coordinators.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Cultivating and maintaining successful client relationships
- Driving strategy and improving client performance
- Providing feedback and strategic guidance to your account teams
- Leading, mentoring, and managing team members
- Promoting our core values and driving a positive work environment/culture
- Driving innovation and pushing past the status quo
You’ll need to have:
- 4+ years of Programmatic media experience (inclusive of Display/Video/Native/Audio/CTV)
- Fluent in a variety of DSPs (Amazon DSP required + TTD & DV360 preferred), and Ad Servers
- Proven prior work experience managing a team of direct reports / team members and demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports into more senior roles
- Strong problem solving, strategic mindset and communication skills

The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,000 - $130,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
