What we need:
31st Union is growing, and we need a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with and support our Studio in Valencia, Spain.  We need someone to bring in subject matter expertise, a passion for building the most talented workforce in the field, and a consultative approach to help our internal hiring teams make the most strategic hiring decisions they can. 

What You Will Do:
Reporting to 31st Union’s Senior Manager of HR, you will partner with the 2K Talent team’s Talent Acquisition Manager to help the studio grow its talented team, focusing on building robust, targeted, and diverse pipelines of talent.  Partnering with hiring managers, you will build structured interview plans and processes, develop a sourcing strategy, pipeline, screen, and ultimately drive the end-to-end hiring program for your internal client groups. Not afraid of reporting, you will use data to help drive hiring results for your teams and help identify ways we can improve the experience and outcomes for them.

Your primary focus will be filling regular full-time positions in Engineering and Art, with expansion to other areas as needed such Dev Management and People Operations.

  • Recruit and close exceptional talent through an un-paralleled candidate experience
  • As a Talent Acquisition expert, partner with hiring managers and client groups to develop a successful recruitment strategy
  • Creatively and proactively source candidates through a variety of methods
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of data within our applicant tracking system
  • Partner with the recruiting coordinator on interview logistics and scheduling and ensure effective handoffs and communication

Who you are:
You are energized by introducing top-tier talent with their dream job resulting in world-class development teams. You have an educated eye and understand what you’re looking for and what’s not quite up to quality in a reel or portfolio. You care deeply about crafting a-best-in-class candidate experience as a brand ambassador and first introduction to our company.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in either the games, technology, film or art industry
  • Proven ability to source for difficult-to-fill roles utilizing various networks and online tools
  • Ability to effectively work with all levels of employees, from executives to managers to individual contributors
  • A strong track record of successfully managing and facilitating change, as well as the ability to multi-task
  • ATS experience, with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize business-critical roles and adjust your work schedule to rapidly fill these positions.
  • Strong negotiation skills, sense of urgency and ability to influence hiring managers as required
  • Ability to maintain confidential information regarding all HR activities
  • Quick learner, logical thinker, able to critically analyze situations and make recommendations

  • Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights, CRM platforms, and additional analytics tools
