What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate unior Digital Community Coordinator to join our team. As a vital member of our Paid Social team, you will be responsible for engaging with our online community across various social media platforms. You will play a key role in fostering meaningful interactions, building brand loyalty, driving engagement through creative and strategic initiatives and escalating complaints & queries to the relevant teams.

The role requires the applicant to have a proven record in the working environment, an understanding of Paid Social principles, and to have at least 1 year experience in the Digital Advertising Industry.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, and actively engage with our audience to build relationships and foster a sense of community. 
  • Moderation: Maintain a positive and welcoming online environment by moderating user-generated content and ensuring compliance with community guidelines and brand standards. 
  • Social Listening: Monitor conversations and trends within the industry and among our target audience to identify opportunities for engagement, content creation, and community building. 
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of social media campaigns, including brainstorming ideas, scheduling posts, tracking performance metrics, and providing insights for optimization. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives. 

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • Previous experience in social media and community coordinator role is preferred but not required.
  • Digital marketing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Business / Marketing degree preferable
