What We’re Looking For:

This individual, reporting to the Director, Implementation, will be responsible for supporting implementation and operational management of programs and courses to meet business and revenue goals. The Project Coordinator will lead and/or support implementation for a portfolio of new programs and courses, manage internal and external relationships to ensure success, and handle associated operational, project management, and administrative tasks. They will also support enterprise-wide projects that support standardization, growth, and efficiency across implementation, and develop, maintain, and promote Implementation resources.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Operational Management & Administrative Support
    • Manage operational aspects for a portfolio of partners, including serving as a point of contact, managing partner communication, and joining calls as needed 
    • Support course publication process and manage related announcements, ensuring program details are accurately provided and communicated 
    • Assess needs, plan, and execute support. Coordinate tasks to ensure delivery within timeline.
    • Liaise with stakeholders and leadership as necessary to prioritize and facilitate completion of requests.
    • Gather, implement, and audit partner and program details in CRM systems
    • Conduct other operational and administrative tasks as needed
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Engage with cross functional teams across 2U (Marketing, Technology, Operations, Partnerships & others) and with external partners to ensure overall success of assigned portfolio 
    • Support partner relationships with the broader team in order to drive partner satisfaction and enable growth
    • Effectively build and own internal relationships with cross-functional collaborators 
    • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate resources and ensure an on-time execution of launches
    • Identify and assess escalation points and collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to problem-solve and rapidly remove roadblocks
    • Work with partners to ensure courses and programs are consistently available on the platform to achieve revenue goals 
  • Process Development & Standardization 
    • Support innovation-focused initiatives and team goals to address business and organizational needs at scale
    • Proactively lead efforts to implement process improvements across cross-functional teams and systems that support scalability and learner and partner growth
    • Contribute to the standardization of processes and best practices 
    • Maintain and promote Implementation resources to ensure processes and best practices are documented, accessible, and utilized
  • Project Management
      • Lead and/or support implementation for a portfolio of new program/course launches across multiple external partners
      • Provide implementation support to senior team members and oversee phases of more complex launches
      • Help implement technical infrastructure needed to support new partners and new programs/courses

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • 1 to 3 years experience within a customer success or professional services team
  • Experience with Salesforce, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence or similar software
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Excel
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues
  • Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills
