What We’re Looking For:

The Career Material Advisor provides high quality asynchronous written feedback on all career materials for bootcamp students. The Career Material Advisor manages their queue and provides feedback on all materials within 96 hours of submission. The Career Material Advisor will meet or exceed their key metrics which include: student satisfaction, providing feedback within 96 hours, and Employer Ready rates.

As part of any customer facing role it is inevitable your responsibilities will include working proactively through complex interactions and relationships. You will be called upon to manage professionally through situations like these to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students and partners and long term relationships.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Timely feedback.
    • Manage personal queue to ensure students receive feedback within 96 hours of submission.
  • High quality feedback.
    • Provide high quality feedback that meets or exceeds Quality Assurance standards.
  • Student Satisfaction KPIs
    • Meet student satisfaction goals as measured by the Career Material Advisor survey.
  • Increase Employer Ready rates.
    • Drive Employer Ready rates through proactive outreach to students who have submitted materials but not yet achieved Employer Ready status.
  • Professional Development.
    • Participate in ongoing professional development.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • 1 year of experience in Career Services.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Google Docs.
  • Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) or Nationally Certified Resume Writer .(NCRW) certification preferred, not required.

Other Attributes That Will Help You In This Role:

  • Up to 5% travel.
