We’re seeking an ambitious Senior Product Manager to join the Product team focused on 1upHealth’s Compliance product offerings. The team’s scope looks to impact a variety of areas, not limited to; establishing 1upHealth’s regulatory vision and strategy, providing our customers with end-to-end experiences that streamline their data exchange processes, and advancing our thought leadership in key industry groups. 

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of new products and services, taking products from ideation to market launch, and influencing healthcare data exchange standards. You will be working on a high-impact, high-visibility effort to help us realize our vision for improved healthcare data interoperability!

You will:

  • Define and own the vision & strategy for your product area
  • Drive customer and user discovery to define user personas for your product area, user workflows, challenges, and the 1up opportunity to address these challenges
  • Partner closely with our customers, business stakeholders, and GTM teams to build and execute on a roadmap that continuously delivers incremental value 
  • Drive innovation by identifying and executing on new use cases around data exchange and new market segments
  • Identify vendor partnership opportunities where applicable to your product area, particularly to promote adoption of the 1up data exchange workflows within our customers’ existing ecosystems, and define an integration strategy 
  • Guide the prioritization of what we build and the sequence, considering our business strategy and the needs of our customers and develop strong recommendations when inevitable trade-off discussions occur
  • Actively participate in industry groups relevant to your product area and incorporate learnings into your product strategy

We are looking for people who have:

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in Product Management in the healthtech space
  • A track record of bringing new healthcare software products or capabilities to market and ensuring they deliver the intended outcomes
  • Experience taking complex/technical topics and being able to create stories that business and technical audiences resonate with 
  • Enjoy unpacking complex problems while keeping an eye on the bigger picture 
  • Experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

You may also have

  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and provider organizations
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards like HL7, CCDA, or FHIR
  • Experience with ETL, web application development, or APIs
  • Previous participation in industry groups (e.g., Da Vinci)
