1-Page has an immediate job opening for a Marketing Qualification Rep (inbound sales) to work with a fast-paced marketing and sales team.

You will be rapidly responding to and engaging with inbound leads generated by our Marketing channels. You'll also be educating customers and developing target accounts. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.

What you'll do:  

  • Efficiently and effectively respond to inbound leads generated via Marketing channels
  • Work with our Marketing team to ensure accurate reporting of data
  • Handoff qualified leads to Account Executives and ensure proper follow up
  • Provide feedback on what’s working and what’s not working
  • Work with our Marketing team to establish and refine benchmarks for lead quality  
  • Define and create bullet point metrics

What you'll bring to the table:  

  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build trust/rapport with prospects
  • Must have a strong and personable phone presence,
  • Possess a sense of urgency, ambition, drive in everything that you do
  • Ability to think on your feet - you don’t have time to research clients you’re reaching out to
  • Must have a metrics driven attitude
  • Understanding of marketing language and marketing background a plus
  • Experience and knowledge in the talent industry/HR tech industry a plus
