As a Growth Marketer within the Venture Loop Team, you'll be at the forefront of our iterative venture-building approach, working across multiple ventures at the earliest stages of our studio. In this role, you will collaborate with our new venture leads and play a pivotal part in the creative development, testing, and validation of our earliest-stage ventures. This unique role blends the art of design, the science of growth marketing, and the strategy of early-stage venture building.

This is a new role for an individual contributor seeking a high level of ownership and impact. Creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on design and marketing execution are essential.

What You'll be Doing

  • Collaborate with new ventures leads on experimentation plans and own parts of the execution to rapidly validate hypotheses, value propositions, and early messaging.
  • Design and execute high-converting marketing sites and landing pages using platforms like Webflow, ensuring tight alignment with early-stage testing objectives.
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across various channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing) to test demand for our early-stage ventures.
  • Create compelling, conversion-driven design assets for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Craft compelling copy for ads and landing pages that incorporate JTBD and ICP research.
  • Continuously explore new and creative growth tactics and conversion optimization strategies that enhance campaign performance.
  • Help establish processes and tooling for leveraging growth marketing to support early venture validation.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in a growth marketing or similar role with a strong background in design.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and startup environments.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a track record of leveraging design to drive growth, conversion, and meet business objectives.
  • Proficiency with web design and creative tools (Webflow, Figma, Canva).
  • Experience with analytics and optimization tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar), with a proven track record of using data to inform design and marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design and marketing strategy decisions to all stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working solo or in small teams in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

You might be a great fit if...

  • You're driven by both the art of design and the science of marketing. You find joy in crafting marketing strategies that look good, perform exceptionally, and are built to maximize learning.
  • You thrive in environments that require both creative thinking and analytical problem-solving, comfortable with being "wrong" in the pursuit of early-stage learning.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
