What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Interaction:

  • Engage directly with customers, understanding their challenges to tailor AI-driven solutions.

Early Stage Experimentation:

  • Lead innovative experiments using AI and software development, setting the standard for groundbreaking work.

Impact of Taking an Idea to MVP:

  • Play a pivotal role in transforming innovative ideas into minimum viable products (MVPs), proving concepts and setting the stage for scalable growth.

Technical Excellence:

  • Demonstrate expertise in building early-stage prototypes and testing them directly with customers.
  • Specialize in AI Experimentation, validating the feasibility of AI solutions and building early-stage prototypes.
  • Bridge AI and product development to validate the fit for an AI Powered Product.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including product designers and data scientists, to foster innovation in AI Powered product development.

Innovation and Creativity:

  • Encourage a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and creative thinking across all projects.


Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with product-minded co-lead, grounding work in our unique Studio Model.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and pain points across various industries.
  • Explore and test various value props, conducting early-stage prototype experiments to determine the most viable paths.
  • Harness state-of-the-art AI to develop compelling value propositions and robust product roadmaps.
  • Lead early-stage experiments to validate the feasibility of AI solutions.
  • Bridge AI and product development, contributing to a cohesive strategy and execution.

Experience Requirements:

Data Science:

  • Experience with diverse DS challenges, including NLP, CV, video, and time series analysis.
  • Data architecture, ETL processes, and database management.
  • Exposure to ML/AI model validation and rapid experimentation techniques.
  • Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, HuggingFace, and rapid ML iteration tools like H2O, GridSearch, AutoML.

Software Engineering:

  • Experience in frontend technologies like React, or Python-based prototyping tools like Streamlit, Gradio.
  • Good enough to create early-stage sacrificial prototypes to be validated with early adopters.
  • Experience with backend engineering, data pipeline construction, or ML model deployment.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proficiency in backend languages (Python, Java, Node.js), and database management (SQL, NoSQL).

Qualifications

  • Strong technical foundation in software engineering and AI, with a focus on SaaS product development.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to overcoming technical challenges.
  • Bonus points if you have worked for an early-stage startup, extra bonus points if you have founded one!
