Why you want this job

We’re on a mission to make vision care simple and affordable and we need a rockstar Digital Marketing Manager to help us make that happen. We’re launching a ground-breaking new brand that will fundamentally change the vision correction landscape in North America… and help solve correctable blindness in the developing world. This key role will be responsible to use Digital Marketing channels, including Paid Social and YouTube and other online video platforms, to help us break through with our message and galvanize consumers to think and behave differently. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity you don’t want to miss.

What you’ll do

  • Define paid social marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics to build top of funnel awareness & consideration for this new, innovative brand
  • Design, build, and own the day-to-day management of paid social and online video campaigns
  • Test, learn, experiment, optimize – continually improve performance for each campaign and channel to drive maximum exposure and engagement
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team as they produce compelling ads & content tailored for each social media platform, with particular emphasis on video content
  • Manage PR and influencer relationships to help amplify our message and drive brand awareness
  • Partner with other team members and agencies to maximize brand presence across all channels to maximize top of funnel metrics
