What you’ll do

  • Develop a data product strategy that supports business-critical initiatives and drives company growth 
  • Identify growth drivers for Marketing, e-Comm, Finance, Contact Center, and Fulfillment that rely on data capabilities and gain a comprehensive understanding of the ways they interact with data 
  • Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to identify and prioritize key product features and requirements 
  • Develop product roadmaps for key features and ensure clear business value and measures of success are defined for all data initiatives 
  • Communicate product roadmap, timelines, and milestones to key stakeholders, including executives, internal customers, and partners 
  • Work with the data product team to execute on product roadmap items in close collaboration with cross-functional teams 
  • Ensure successful adoption and usage of data platform products by internal stakeholders through effective communication, training, and support 
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of data products using metrics and analytics, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and iteration 
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and successful product launches 
  • Continuously acquire recent knowledge regarding the latest AI trends and developments in the modern retail industry 
  • Gain a deep understanding of the technical components of our data platform and what is required to operate the platform 

Why we will love you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a business-related field 
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years of experience in driving forward-thinking vision and product roadmap for data platform products operating at significant scale 
  • 7+ years of ecommerce experience 
  • Strong technical background and familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, and data infrastructure 
  • 2+ years of experience with Databricks & Tableau 
  • Deep understanding of data, technology, and business strategy 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of using data to drive product decisions and business outcomes 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders 
  • Experience in agile development methodologies and product management tools, such as JIRA, Product Board, or Confluence 
  • Experience supporting privacy and governance controls across data applications
