We are looking for a cto join the Oracle Cloud business solutions team, helping design and re-engineer our SCM planning execution with our operational partners. This role will help business functions evolve efficiency of their execution functions.

We are building an organization of holistically experienced architects to develop robust solutions and best practices to guarantee customer success as we scale. SCM planning solutions architect is critical in the 10x journey to support business objectives, create sustainable change, and continuous process improvement to maximize creation of value. Require deep experience in Planning and Inventory, in a vertically integrated environment, but Procurement, Order Management, and Logistics expertise is also required. Design and implement best practice architecture, helping to resolve complex business challenges from strategy to execution, with a seat at the table. Accountable for building and leveraging followership to ensure new business processes and architecture are understood and adopted without systems being the viewed as a limit.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Leading Oracle Cloud SCM architecture ideation, establishing direction, design of integration architecture, motivating, creating trust, and building solutions. 
  • Managing the architecture of complex data integration, design, and solution deployment.
  • Developing efficient procedure and policy to reduce process variation and gaps within the SCM architecture. Promote process agility by proactively identifying architecture enhancement opportunities, then actively drive solutions creating measurable value.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, active listener, respected influencer, and respected for meeting time and budget commitments.
  • Designing and developing system and process improvements from a functional user perspective focusing on root cause, usability, system integration, and infrastructure.
  • Visible and respected SCM Planning strategic influencer and architecture expert across functions and enterprise. Ability to persuade the technical and non-technical partners.
  • Managing and accountable for production support issues and tickets through Service Now, following procedures and process, including CCBs, maintaining key relationships.
  • Leveraging expertise in the competitive landscape in back-office ERP space.
  • Accountability for data migration, integration, and testing efforts.
  • Leading documentation preparation; user guides, configuration guides, business requirement docs, UAT definitions and success KPIs, and functional specifications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 15 years’ development experience leading Oracle Cloud SCM application architecture.
  • Minimum 2 complete full life cycle Oracle implementations.
  • Strong understanding of all supply chain modules, but highest level of subject matter expertise in planning. Proven case studies of innovation to resolve business needs.
  • Strong analytical and root cause analysis abilities for vetting architecture.
  • Ability to work independently and with high level of effectiveness within cross-functional matrixed global organizations.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Expert creating data accessibility, including reporting, and exporting views to Snowflake.
  • Proven business process improvement/re-engineering, hands-on configuration activity.
  • Comfortable in ideation environment, working with experienced colleagues who will challenge proposed solutions.

Below is the base pay range for this full time position.  The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package.  This role is also eligible for 10x’s equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.  Your 10x recruiter can share more about the Company’s total compensation package during the hiring process.
