Paid Media Manager (part time)

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and rental conversions across various formats. This role is vital for enhancing our digital acquisition strategies and ensuring effective ad performance. While the primary focus is on Google Ads, there will also be opportunities to manage META campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media management, an analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit to align campaigns with our marketing and business objectives.

This is a part-time position, with the opportunity to move to full-time.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Ads; experience with GA4, Datorama, Meta Ads, SEMrush is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the rental or real estate industry.
• Familiarity with Performance Max campaigns and advanced audience strategies.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
• Overlap working hours overlap in the 8-11 CST Time zone.
