Job Overview:
The Power Automate Developer will be responsible for developing and managing automation solutions to streamline document acceptance, routing, and error submission processes across the enterprise. This role focuses on integrating classification data with an image archive system (Jack Henry Synergy) via APIs and file transfers. Additionally, the developer will work on error submission and correction processes through SharePoint, ensuring a seamless workflow for handling and tracking errors.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Automate, along with a solid understanding of financial services or banking processes. This individual will collaborate closely with the Elevations team and have support from product leaders and a part-time US-based architect as needed. Strong English communication skills are essential for daily interaction with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows in Power Automate to handle document acceptance, classification, and routing to the image archive (Jack Henry Synergy).
- Integrate Power Automate solutions with APIs and file transfer protocols to ensure smooth data flow.
- Develop and support a SharePoint-based solution for error submission, tracking, and correction across the organization.
- Collaborate with the Elevations team and other stakeholders to identify and understand automation needs and requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with automation workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with product leaders and the part-time architect to align on project goals and receive feedback.
- Document processes, workflows, and any modifications made to the automation solutions for reference and future use.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in developing automation solutions with Power Automate.
- Strong experience with API integration and file transfer protocols for data exchange.
- Familiarity with Jack Henry Synergy or other image archive systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing SharePoint solutions for tracking and handling operational tasks.
- Experience in financial services or banking is preferred, with a good understanding of industry-specific processes and requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power Apps and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Knowledge of data classification and document management solutions.
- Familiarity with banking compliance and operational standards.
