Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of greenfield projects from inception to completion.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React applications.
- Integrate React applications with legacy systems and ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality products.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery and deployment of features.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Experience Required:
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focusing on React.
- Strong expertise in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end development practices.
- Proven experience in developing greenfield projects, from concept to delivery.
- Hands-on experience in integrating React applications with existing systems and legacy architectures.
- Proficient in state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
- Familiarity with front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript, React Native, or other front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques in front-end development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
