About the role
We are seeking a highly talented and experienced UX Designer. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as previous experience in designing and developing user interfaces for enterprise applications and SaaS platforms. They will collaborate closely with our development team to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs and expectations of our business customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Managers to investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Works primarily with the R&D team: Design, Product, QA, Developers.
- Conduct Competitive research through mobile applications, websites and software to assess user experience and ease of design
- Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company
- Collaborates with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user
- Provides advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior
- A quick turnaround on designs is expected. We will not always have 2 weeks to create a design.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design, Mobile Apps and Web
- Design user interfaces for both mobile and desktop applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand design requirements and constraints.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make informed design decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Provide design support throughout the development process to ensure design quality.
- Proficient in Figma
- Advanced level of English
