1047 Games began with the simple principle that people should have fun while making great games. Bucking convention and driven by a passion to create the ultimate gaming experience, Ian Proulx and Nicholas Bagamian founded 1047 Games in 2017 in their Stanford dorm room. Their love for arena shooters of the past drove them to create Splitgate, a unique sci-fi first-person shooter that adds portal guns to upend the genre.
What started as two computer science majors putting portals into a first-person shooter for a project demo has evolved into a VC-backed company which has raised more than $120MM in funding.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve marketing workflows
- Track statuses and completion of all deliverables to internal and external partners
- Remove blockers to marketing team by facilitating planning and establishing timelines for all activations
- Develop campaign processes for UA and other activities and adjusting as needed
- Own internal campaign communications to keep development partners in the loop, track approvals, and raise awareness to stakeholders of blockers
- Understand and track business goals and help enable marketing team to operate with increased efficiency to achieve those goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a producer or project manager role
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of the marketing process via direct experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional organization
- Record of effectiveness in identifying and facilitating process pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities resulting in high quality outcomes
- Success working with distributed teams in different time zones
- Skilled in building team communications with organizational tools (ClickUp, JIRA, Asana, etc.)
Pluses
- PMP or Agile certification
- Experience in the video game industry
- Have worked with external agencies
- Experience playing Splitgate or other PC/console shooters (Halo, Fortnite, Apex etc.)
