About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Performance Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will define the strategy, manage, and efficiently scale customer acquisition driven through digital and offline paid marketing channels. You will report to the Head of Growth and work alongside a team of highly-motivated, collaborative growth marketers.


Channel Management:

  • Define the strategy, manage, and efficiently scale new customer acquisition driven through digital and offline paid marketing channels.
  • Own all aspects of day-to-day growth marketing channel management: audience targeting, creative development, media buying and optimization, ROI measurement.
  • Consistently hit new customer growth, revenue, cost per customer acquired, and ROI targets. 
  • Drive continuous improvement by turning insights into testable hypotheses, running experiments, mining data for optimization opportunities, and negotiating for attractive media rates and deals.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and web developers to create effective ads, landing pages, and site experiences.
  • Compile industry research, competitive intel, information about new tools and opportunities, and produce recommendations for how to take advantage of these things.


Data Analysis: 

  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns at a granular level and using multiple different forms of ROI measurement.
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses, draw actionable insights, and distill key takeaways.
  • Design and measure the results of experiments and A/B tests with close attention to detail paid to potential biases, statistical significance, and what we have and haven’t learned from each. 


Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams like: Creative, Web, Analytics, Customer Support and others to deeply understand the customer journey and drive improvements.
  • Manage and get maximum leverage out of relationships with external partners.


This might describe you:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years work experience in an analytically challenging role; hands-on growth marketing management at a DTC / ecom company or direct response focused media agency is a plus.
  • Expert in Excel; experience with SQL, Python, or other data tools is a plus. 
  • Insatiably curious and motivated by learning and mastering new things, with a knowledge of and in interest in direct-to-consumer growth marketing.
  • Hustle mentality; highly self-motivated and self-directed in your work with a bias towards action.
  • Intensely data-driven in your approach to solving problems, top-notch analytical skills.
  • Structured thinker and communicator; able to break down and solve complex problems.
