We are seeking a technically sophisticated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to provide support for:

  • Digital Marketing Performance
  • Customer Behavior
  • Website Analytics
  • Business Operations
  • Customer Support

The ideal candidate will help solve complex problems and is comfortable working with different data sources and working with stakeholders to find solutions and make recommendations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing company and make a meaningful impact. 

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Working on large and complex data infrastructure and reporting solutions
  • Work on a variety of ad-hoc requests from different departments throughout the company
  • Explore data and build recommendations on how to improve efficiency and optimize company performance
  • Collaborate with other teams on various projects.
  • Communicating findings in a easily digestible way for non-technical audiences
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Extensive experience with reporting databases (SQL)
  • Experience with Google Analytics (or a similar tool)
  • Self-starter with ability to take on complex projects with little guidance
  • Fluency with industry leading BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, looker etc.)
  • Comfortable presenting findings to members of the C-Suite
  • Strong understanding of basic business & marketing concepts (ROI, ROAS, Net Income, Profit Margin, Retention Rate, LTV, etc)
  • Experience working with DTC, bringing a fresh perspective to:
    • Lifetime Value of Customers
    • Consumer insights
    • Retention
    • Repurchase behavior
    • Basket analysis
    • Marketing
    • Cost of Acquiring a Customer
    • Media Mix Modeling
    • Marketing budget optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in eCommerce
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using programming for analyzing datasets (R, Python, SQL, Excel, etc)
