We are searching for a Senior Paid Media Buyer to join our marketing team! Experience with eCommerce and performance marketing (ie: ads on YouTube, Facebook, and more) a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of paid media buying strategies for specific channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat etc). This will involve: researching and understanding product offerings, providing platform recommendations and rationale, building and refining audience targets, and ongoing monitoring and optimization of campaigns across multiple programs and campaigns
  • Develop, organize, execute, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns
  • Work closely with in-house creative team and agencies to request marketing creative for campaigns
  • Drive continuous improvement by testing, experimentation, and implementing new creative, A/B, and multivariate test design and optimization.
  • Test new channels and technology to identify incremental audiences and inventory for accelerating growth

Skills And Qualifications

  • 5+ years of paid media experience, either in-house or agency, including at a manager or lead level.
  • Paid channels experience including paid search, display, social. Influencer, affiliates, podcasts, and other channels are a plus.
  • Experience in consumer (DTC) eCommerce industry, preferred.
  • Expertise in Ad Management tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.
  • Experience with conversion optimization through landing page development, testing, and ad/funnel optimization
  • Passion for marketing. You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out.
  • Deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CPM, and LTV.
  • Deep understanding of paid marketing channels (Social, Display, Affiliate, Search, Mobile).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives.
  • BA/BS degree in business or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution (preferred)
