What you’ll do 

We are looking for a highly motivated, results oriented, and passionate Revenue Strategy Operations Specialist to join our Customer Success and Revenue Strategy Operations department. The primary focus of this position will be supporting the quote to cash processes through the successful enablement of rate application, creation of protocols for campaign creation, audit large data sets to find anomalies and errors and much more.  Success will be measured through your ability to accelerate revenue within campaign operations and supporting the monthly billing protocol. The right person for this role is a seasoned team player, has the ability to collaborate and drive solutions with various internal departments, excels at problem solving through critical analysis, and is challenged by process review and continuous improvement. With a heavy emphasis on detail oriented and audit work, this person would love to get into the weeds to help find errors while applying contracts to cash procedures. Core responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for Service Order execution process from creation to obtaining signatures 
  • Salesforce administration and documentation management 
  • Perform regular data quality Q/A and clean-up within Salesforce, CPQ, and other systems as necessary
  • Maintain various records and files; such as contacts database, rates, and MSA’s
  • Special projects and tasks as identified by management
  • Manage approvals related to CPQ (Salesforce) and make changes as needed by business requirements for proactive discovery
  • Lead, communicate, and train users on system processes through content creation and sharing 
  • Defining, maintaining, and educating user community on contracting data points
  • Maintain contracted rate data correctness within internal systems 
  • Understand basic marketing campaign transaction types (CPM, etc.) across revenue streams (Managed Service, Programmatic, etc.) and apply appropriate contracted rates into the CRM (Salesforce)  
  • Collaborate with internal department stakeholders within Sales Operations, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Legal, and others, on strategic initiatives and workflow support mechanisms 
  • Oversee, advise, and educate the Commercial organization on pre-sales and post-sales contracting guidelines by partnering with Legal and Commercial leadership
  • Spearhead team projects on new process implementation and current process improvements while prioritizing requests and resolving escalations
  • Evaluate and develop performance metrics and KPIs for the individual contributors to facilitate scalable processes while promoting personal growth and professional development
  • Own the creation of training materials and documentation in partnership with Commercial Training and Onboarding to ensure new and existing members of the department are aware of current campaign and contracting workflows
  • Maintain and enforce standardized processes, while creating and supporting non-standard deals and custom operational workarounds that unlock revenue 
  • Perform workload and system audits for completeness, accuracy, and compliance against organization and policy standards
  • Provide insights, guidance, and data to manager on team performance 

Who you are

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Contract Management, Finance,  Deal Desk, or similar role, preferably within a media / AdTech environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience with Salesforce.com required; with knowledge on how to generate reports and working with Salesforce CPQ strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and project management skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Must be comfortable presenting business cases and proposals to senior executives
  • Experience in the design, implementation, and support of revenue generating workflows preferred
  • Experience in creating and managing individual and team KPIs and goals
  • Excellent understanding of contracting globally, with comprehension of detailed pricing models and strategies
  • Critical thinking and change management skills within dynamic organizations
  • Ability to prioritize and work in high volume environment
  • Ability to work well with cross functional teams (Sales, Account Management, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Operations and Legal) and influence as well as build relationships with these teams
  • Experience with Python code is a plus


The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $54,000 - $101,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
